I wasn’t ready for this!
A delightful stay with polite staff and convenient access to the center. Breakfast was enjoyable, complete with freshly brewed coffee. The ability to check in early and leave our bags in the room was a bonus. Just beware of the lingering cigarette smell in the rooms!

Our experience was marred by the intolerable cigarette smell that lingered in the room. Despite reporting it, the staff showed no urgency in resolving the issue, which diminished our comfort significantly. noise from parties on lower floors disrupted our peace throughout the night, compounding our frustration.

The Junior Suite was impressively spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked like a charm and kept things cool during warm nights.
The sound insulation left much to be desired. conversations and music from parties on lower floors could be heard clearly in our room. The breakfast options were hit or miss, with cold eggs being a common complaint. some guests had to deal with unwanted smoke smells lingering in their rooms, which is a surefire way to ruin the atmosphere. Lastly, the bathroom cleanliness wasn't consistent, as mold was noted on some shower walls.
